What's Inside the Box? presented by Runner's High is back. This week we had the opportunity to chat with pro runners and former Jersey standouts Travis Mahoney and Rob Napolitano.

Both Travis and Rob are at the pinnacle of our sport - each have had successful collegiate careers before competing professionally on the track. 2024 is a big year for both of them - Travis at 33 years of age is still in PR shape - most recently running 13:19 for 5k and 7:42 for the 3k on the famed track of Boston University. After competing at the World Championships last summer, Rob is on a mission this year to make the Olympic team in Paris this upcoming summer for Puerto Rico.

We chat about their training philosophies, how they both got into the sport, their first times cracking the 4-minute mile barrier, racing in 2024 and much more.
