Episode #5 - The Allie-Oop - Allie Wilson

What's Inside the Box? presented by Runner's High is back this week with one of USA’s most promising middle distance stars and former Monmouth University graduate - Allie Wilson.

Allie is currently ranked 16th in the world in the 800 meters according to World Athletics standards and will be banging on the door of making an Olympic team this summer with Paris fast approaching.

Allie has such a warm personality and truly is one of the nicest athletes in our sport. We chatted about her experience growing up in a running family, her time spent right down the road here at Monmouth University, her mindset when it comes to racing at high level meets, her training leading into an Olympic year and much more.
